Our space is fully equipped with the highest quality of Merrithew Apparatuses. Ambrose Pilates Studio has everything you need to meet your.

With variances in apparatuses we get to teach you Pilates on more than just the reformer. We have classes that incorporate the Chair, Spine Corrector, Barrels, Towers, and Cadillac. With Jump boards and Trampolines we provide some conditioning classes as well.
